To make sure you have fun and avoid accidents, please note the following:

• The maximum weight of 100 kg must not be exceeded. The material is not designed for weight that exceeds this.
• No jewellery must be worn in the bumper, as this may damage the shell.
• Please tie up long hair.
• If possible, remove glasses before playing.
• Shoes with sharp edges are not permitted. Please only play in indoor tennis shoes, sports shoes or barefoot.
• It is not permitted for you to hit people from behind nor to hit people lying on the ground.
